SPECIAL EVENING YOGA SESSIONS
Strength and healing with Acropolis' energy
For some special evening yoga classes we meet in Koukaki area, right in the centre of Athens (Syngrou-Fix metro station), between 19:30 and 21:15 every Thursday. The space is a common urban roof of a block of flats that turns into a roof garden offering a serene sensation in the shade of Filopappou Hill. We watch the amazing colours that the sunset draws in the Attican sky in every Urdva Hastasana, the Acropolis Hill and the Parthenon monument lighting out in every Warrior's pose and the moon rising up behind the mountain of Hymettus in every spinal twist! Attendants are welcome with a yogic cup of tea and fruits or biscuits in a friendly atmosphere.
